Q. Are your courses as good as courses provided by larger training companies and are they HSE and CIEH registered ?

A. Yes our courses are exactly the same as those provided by larger training companies, in fact all HSE and CIEH training must be to a strict programme, and yes all our relevant courses are HSE and CIEH certified.

Q. So will my employees/colleague receive a recognised HSE/CIEH qualification ?

A. Yes all our relevant courses are registered and certified by the HSE/CIEH and your employees/colleagues will receive a qualification and certificate issued by these companies exactly as you would from a larger more expensive training company.

Q. So why are your courses cheaper than many larger training companies ?

A. Our courses, although exactly the same as larger companies, are cheaper due to the fact that we don't have the overheads that they have.

Q. Does this mean that your trainers are not as good as the ones from larger companies ?

A. No, quite the opposite actually, we can afford to choose only the very best trainers. In fact the larger companies very often employ our trainers to run their own courses, so quite often you get the same trainer running the course for a larger company that you would have had if you had come through us for your training, only at a more expensive price.

Q. Do you come to us at our place of work or do we have to come to you ?

A. Either really, however we find it easier for all involved if we come to you, as it's easier for one trainer to travel to you rather than 12 of your staff coming to us.

Q. Do you do discounts for repeat business ?

A. Yes we would if you can commit to it.

Q. Are your courses just in Gloucestershire and the surrounding area?

A. No. Although we do provide first aid training in Gloucestershire we also run courses throughout the UK, for example we have recently run first aid training in Birmingham, Manual Handling in Bristol and first aid courses in London.
