Terms

The Company” is redrock-training trading as redrock-training.
“Customer” is the individual, company or organization placing an order for goods or services with redrock-training
 or requesting information from Redrock-training
“you” or “your” refers to the customer
“We” or “us” or “our” or Our” refers to Redrock-training
“The Equipment” is any product or service supplied by Redrock-training
“The User” is any person who uses or attempts to use any items supplied by Redrock-training
“Third party” is any person, company or organization of any kind that is not either the customer or redrock-training.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through our website or by any
other ordering method you must be at least 18 years of age. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by
you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions. We have the right to refuse at our discretion
to supply any goods ordered by you.
1) Product Specifications:
Whilst we endeavour to ensure all specifications are correct at the time of training, they do vary. As such
we can accept no responsibility for incorrect information.
2) Payment Method
Payment may be made by cheque or cash in UK pounds however shipment of goods or services provided will not
be made until any cheque has been cleared through our bank account. Any cash sent to us is sent entirely at the
customers own risk. Proof of posting cash is not accepted as proof of delivery of cash. Other payment methods
 may be accepted at the sole discretion of redrock-training.
Should Redrock-training agree to supply goods on credit, all invoices must be paid in full within 30 days of our
invoice date or whatever payment period is specified on the invoice. If no payment period
is specified then the invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. Redrock-training reserves
the right to charge interest on any unpaid invoice (whether fully or partly unpaid) at the rate of 5% per month
(or part thereof) of the full value of the invoice. Course certification will not be issued until payment in full has
been received.
3) Cancellation of Courses:
Courses can be cancelled or postponed at any time by the customer. However a charge for postponement or cancellation will apply if:
A course is cancelled within 14 days of the start date a 50% charge will apply.
A course is cancelled within 5 days of the start date a 100% charge will apply.
If a course is postponed by the customer the charges will apply as above unless anew date is agreed with the directors of red-rock training.
A course can be cancelled at any time by red-rock training without cost to red-rock training being incurred.
4) Liability
(a) Except in respect of death, or personal injury resulting from Our negligence, Our cumulative liability for any loss or damage shall be limited to the cost of any goods/training supplied by us save where otherwise required in accordance with this Agreement.
(b) Except in respect of death or personal injury resulting from Our negligence, We shall not be liable, in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise for:
(i) any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues, or anticipated savings; or
(ii) any special, indirect, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, resulting from any act or omission on Our part or any other person authorized by us.
(c) Any first aid procedure (successful or otherwise) carried out by the customer or any other user or third party, is carried out entirely at the users own risk. Red-rock training accepts no liability for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from any actual or attempted first aid procedure.

It is the customers responsibility to ensure that the training is used and operated only as specified as directed It is the customers and users responsibility to be aware of all possible consequences of actual or attempted resuscitation.

It is the customers’ responsibility to ensure that the customer and any other potential first aiders are adequately and appropriately trained (as per the guidelines laid down from time to time by the UK Resuscitation Council ), and that
this training is kept up-to-date with appropriate regular retraining.

We advise everyone who has access to, or who may be a user of, a Defibrillator to attend a comprehensive training course (from a reputable training organisation) that adheres to the training guidelines laid down by the UK
Resuscitation Council for potential uses of Automatic External Defibrillators (AEDs).

The customer agrees that:

Red-rock training shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever resulting from: a) any training provided to the customer by any third party or: b) any training provided by the customer themselves and that:

 Any training provided by red-rock training is the responsibility of red-rock training provided under the terms and conditions of business of red-rock training.

Force Majeure
We will not be held under any liability whatsoever in the event that we are prevented or delayed from supplying or making delivery of any Goods by any reason or cause beyond our control.

No Waiver
Our failure to insist upon strict performance of any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not be deemed to be a waiver of our rights or remedies in respect of any present or future default of the Customer in performance
or compliance with any of these Terms and Conditions.

Severability
In the event that any or any part of these Terms and Conditions shall be determined invalid, unlawful or unenforceable to any extent such term, condition or provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms and Conditions, which shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms and Condition shall be construed in accordance with English Law.
